Paul has trained and rehabilitated dogs for over 30 years. He is an experienced behaviourist, able to advise on particular difficulties that individual dogs present and how to remedy them.
He has an excellent reputation throughout the east of England for providing a service that is second to none. Having made an initial assessment, he works in partnership with the dog's owners to address specific problems.
Often, where behavioural issues arise, the problem lies partly with the owner and partly the dog. Neither is to blame, it is just a case of the dog not understanding what is required of him and owner not fully appreciating the needs of the dog.
Working with them both, Paul can help dog and owner understand each other better and find solutions to behavioural difficulties.
Paul trains on a one-to-one basis, using a quiet technique to create confidence and trust in the dog. His methods are entirely reward based.
He also undertakes PUPPY TRAINING giving advice from 8 weeks through the most important and formative stages to ensure a happy and balanced member of the family.
Paul can be contacted either by email - link on the left - or by phone as above

Here's Torr as a new Recruit (the small one!)
Paul and Mairi's pup Torr (Gaelic for little mountain) shortly after getting home in 2009. She's a Leonberger and as you can see from the pics below she grew fast!
She's an amazing dog with a fantastic temperament and from a first class breeder - Lisa Green based in Ipswich. Lisa has bred these beautiful animals for a long time and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone comtemplating taking on one of these gentle giants. Please check out Lisa's website -

Torr is a superb pet and a great addition to the 'pack' who welcomed her with open paws!. She's proved invaluable when training other dogs as she has an unbelievably relaxed outlook on life. In fact I was so very impressed with this breed
